Dark Chocolate with Fibre and Stevia Sweetener 83.9% Barry Callebaut. 5kg pack.
Very intense cocoa flavour and sweetness from dietary fibre and Stevia. Callebaut® offers an excellent chocolate alternative with a solid cocoa and chocolate flavour, but at the same time sugar free. This Stevia chocolate is a real power bomb - with around 86% solid cocoa. What's more, this chocolate tastes great thanks to the dietary fibre that replaces sugar.
Recommendations for use: flavouring ganaches (ganache), fillings, confectioner's mousse, pastry creams, ice cream.
Flow: 2 drops
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause partial melting of the chocolate and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
