
Made of food-grade platinised silicone, the moulds can be used for freezing or baking of sweet or savoury, single-portion or Mignon products, in ventilated or static, gas or electric ovens.
The range contains professional multi-shaft moulds, with original and innovative designs, in line with the latest trends in the field.
The dimensions of the moulds are the same for all models, 58 x 38 cm, so that they can be used on standard professional baking trays, dim. 60 x 40 cm. or 60 x 80 cm.
The main qualities of Pavoflex moulds:
Elasticity - the products are easy to pull out;
