Milk Chocolate for Chocolate Fudge 37.8% Barry Callebaut. Pack 2.5 kg.
Rich in cocoa with extra cocoa butter. Callebaut enriches its chocolate fofountain products additionally with cocoa butter to ensure perfect fluidity in fofountains and fondues over longer periods of time.
Recommendations for use: Melt in bain-marie, stirring continuously, without exceeding 45°C. Temper and use at 28-30°C.
Flow: 5 drops
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause partial melting of the chocolate and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
