W2 is Octaaf Callebaut's original recipe that can be paired with a wide range of ingredients and flavours: from sour to bitter, spices to herbs and from fruit to beer.To achieve a perfectly balanced and rounded taste, cocoa beans from 3 different countries of origin are blended: Ivory Coast, Ghana and Ecuador.
Recommended use: creams, cakes, ice cream, drinks and sauces.
Flow: 3 drops
Ingredients: sugar; cocoa butter; whole milk powder; emulsifier: SOY lecithin; natural vanilla flavour.
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause the chocolate to partially melt and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
