Recommended use: pouring into moulds, coatings, chocolate bars.
Flow: 4 drops
Ingredients: sugar; cocoa butter; whole milk chocolate powder; cocoa mass; skimmed milk chocolate powder; caramelised sugar 1.5%; emulsifier: SOY lecithin; flavourings; paprika extract; natural vanilla flavour.
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause the chocolate to partially melt and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
