Recommendations for use: fondues, creams, mould mould moulding, mousse, cakes, ice cream and sauces.

Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavour; Growing Great Chocolate: cocoa. May contain MILKS.
Storage Conditions:
Store the product in a clean, dry (max relative humidity 70%) and odourless environment.
Storage temperature: 12 - 20 °C
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause partial melting of the chocolate and bloom. Changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
