Baking Drops have the comforting flavour of intense Belgian dark chocolate and have less cocoa butter in their recipe to make them withstand oven temperatures of up to 200°C.
With their generous size, they don't melt completely during baking.
How to use: stir at the end of the kneading process.
Recommendations for use: to add more intensity to the chocolate flavour in products such as cookies, brownies, sponge cakes, croissants, croissants, muffins, rolls and cakes.
Ingredients: sugar; cocoa mass; cocoa butter; emulsifier: SOY lecithin; natural vanilla flavour. May contain LILAC.
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause the chocolate to partially melt and bloom. Changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
