Intense and fruity, prosperous taste, sour notes and a completely new chocolate colour. Born from ruby cocoa beans, Ruby chocolate contains no added colourings or fruit flavours.

Recommendations for use: fondues, creams, mould moulding, mousse, cakes, ice cream and sauces.
Flow: 3 drops
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, acidifier: citric acid, natural vanilla flavour.

In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause the chocolate to partially melt and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
