White Chocolate with Strawberry Flavour Drops 30% Barry Callebau. Pack 2.5 kg.
A great chocolate that surprises with its colour and aroma that harmoniously combines a sweet, creamy and caramelised taste with a distinct strawberry flavour.
Strawberry Callets™ are made with 100% AZO-free colours.
Recommendations for use: fondue, mould moulding, mousse, mousse, cakes, ice-cream, ganache, cake and cake decorating.
Flow: 3 drops
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter 30%, whole milk powder, emulsifier : SOYlecithin , flavouring, colouring : E120, natural vanilla flavour.
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause the chocolate to partially melt and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
