Description
An intense, fruity, and fresh taste with tangy notes and a completely new chocolate color. Born from ruby cocoa beans, Ruby chocolate contains no added colorants or fruit flavorings.
Recommended uses: fondue, creams, molding, mousse, cakes, ice cream, and sauces.
Fluidity: 3 drops
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, acidifier: citric acid, natural vanilla flavor.
Note: During summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause partial melting of the chocolate and the appearance of bloom. These changes are aesthetic and do not affect the product's quality.
