A fusion of milk chocolate and caramel!
Callebaut chefs suggest combining this chocolate with caramel compatible flavours such as fine salt, hazelnut, as well as contrasting flavours such as passionfruit, green apple etc.
Recommendations for use: fondue, mould moulding, mousse, mousse, cakes, ice cream, ganache, decorating cakes and pastries.
Flow: 3 drops
Ingredients: sugar; cocoa butter; whole milk POWDER; skimmed milk POWDER; ZER powder (milk); caramelised sugar 2%; emulsifier: SOY lecithin; natural vanilla flavour; salt.
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause the chocolate to partially melt and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
