Concentrated paste for raspberry flavoured ice cream, 3 kg.
Ideal for creating exquisite ice creams and sorbets with intense flavours and consistent product quality all year round. Can also be used in combination with fresh fruit to further intensify the flavour of the ice cream.
Preparation:

- 20-30 g / kg base, in fresh fruit ice-cream.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, raspberries (10%), acidifier: citric acid E330, stabiliser: pectin E440i, flavours, certified colouring: E122 Azorubine, E132 Indigo Carmine.
E122: May have a negative effect on children's activity and attention.
