Concentrated paste for ice cream with Lemon flavour, 1.3 kg.

Ideal for creating exquisite ice creams and sorbets with intense flavours and consistent product quality all year round. Can also be used in combination with fresh fruit to further intensify the flavour of ice cream.

Preparation:
- Limonagro 40 g
- Limonfiore 40 g
- Sugar 300 g
- Fruttosa PreGel 50 g
- Water 1 litre
- Vellutina PreGel 3 g
Or
- 30 g / kg base, for fresh fruit ice cream.

Product 41336 Limone Mediterraneo Limonagro is used together with 41356 Limone Mediterraneo - Limonfiore. The former provides the sour flavour while the latter gives the sweet note.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, acidifier: citric acid E330, lemon juice (3%)
