Concentrated ice cream paste with Strawberry flavour, 3 kg.

Ideal for creating exquisite ice creams and sorbets with intense flavours and consistent product quality all year round. Can also be used in combination with fresh fruit to further intensify the flavour of the ice cream.

Preparation:

- Fortefrutto 100 g
- Fruttosa PreGel 50 g
- Sugar 300 g
- Water 1 Litre

- Water 1 Litre

- 20-30 g / kg base, in fresh fruit ice-cream.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, strawberry juice and pulp (33%), sugar, acidifier: E330 citric acid, stabiliser: E440i pectin, flavourings, certified colouring: E102 Tartrazine, E129 Allura Red AC.
E102, E129: May have an adverse effect on children's activity and attention.
