Concentrated ice cream paste with Passion Fruit flavour, 3 kg.

Ideal for creating exquisite ice creams and sorbets with intense flavours and consistent product quality all year round. Can also be used in combination with fresh fruit to further intensify the flavour of the ice cream.

Preparation:
- Fortefrutto 100 g
- Fruttosa PreGel 50 g
- Sugar 300 g
- Water 1 litre

- Water 1 litre
Or
- 20-30 g / kg base for fresh fruit ice-cream.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, passionfruit juice (25%), sugar, acidifier: citric acid E330, stabiliser: pectin E440i, flavourings, certified colouring: E102 Tartrazine, E122 Carmoisine.
E102, E129: May have a negative effect on activity and attention in children.
