Ideal for creating exquisite ice creams and sorbets with intense flavours and consistent product quality all year round. Can also be used in combination with fresh fruit to further intensify the flavour of ice cream.
Preparation:

- 20-30 g / kg base, for fresh fruit ice-cream.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, juice of exotic fruits (pineapple, mango, papaya, citrus fruits), sugar, acidifier: citric acid E330, vegetable extracts, stabiliser: pectin E440i, flavourings, certified colouring: E160a beta-carotene.
