Concentrated paste for ice cream with berry flavour, 3 kg.

Ideal for creating exquisite ice creams and sorbets with intense flavours and consistent product quality all year round. Can also be used in combination with fresh fruit to further intensify the flavour of ice cream.

Preparation:

- Fortefrutto 100 g
- Fruttosa PreGel 50 g
- Sugar 300 g
- Water 1 litre

- 20-30 g / kg base, for fresh fruit ice cream.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackcurrants) (30%), acidifier: citric acid E330, stabiliser: pectin E440i, flavourings, certified colouring: E122 Azorubine, E132 Indigo Carmine.
E122: May have a negative effect on children's activity and attention.
