Ideal for creating outstanding ice creams and sorbets, with intense flavours and constant product quality all year round. Can also be used in combination with fresh fruit to further intensify the flavour of the ice cream.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, Alphonso mango pulp (38%), sugar, acidifier: citric acid E330, stabiliser: pectin E440i, flavourings, certified colouring: beta-carotene E160a.
