Concentrated ice cream paste with Amarena flavour, 3 kg.

Ideal for creating outstanding ice creams and sorbets, with intense flavours and consistent product quality all year round. Can also be used in combination with fresh fruit to further intensify the flavour of the ice cream.

Preparation:
- Fortefrutto 100 g
- Fruttosa PreGel 50 g
- Sugar 300 g
- Water 1 litre

- 20-30 g / kg base, for fresh fruit ice cream.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, black cherry juice and pulp (14%), acidifier: E330 citric acid, E296 malic acid, stabiliser: E440i pectin, flavourings, certified colouring: E102 Tartrazine, E122 Carmoisine, E129 Allura Red AC, E132 Indigo Carmine.
