Concentrated ice cream paste with blackberry flavour, 3 kg.

Ideal for creating exquisite ice creams and sorbets with intense flavours and consistent product quality all year round. Can also be used in combination with fresh fruit to further intensify the flavour of ice cream.

Preparation:
- Fortefrutto 100 g
- Fruttosa PreGel 50 g
- Sugar 300 g
- Water 1 litre

Or
- 20-30 g / kg base, for fresh fruit ice cream.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, blackberries (10%), acidifier: E330 citric acid, stabiliser: E440i pectin, flavours, certified colouring: E122 azorubine, E151 Brilliant Black BN.
E122: May have an adverse effect on children's activity and attention.
