Its intense and prominent black colour gives the product its uniqueness.
Very versatile, perfectly fluid and easy to use, it can be used for numerous applications.

Recommended use: mould moulding, mousse, pralines and modelling.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

Transport above 25°C may cause melting of chocolate and bloom (white deposits). The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
