Milk chocolate with a very intense cocoa flavour and 14% less sugar than regular milk chocolate. POWER 41 has the cocoa intensity of dark chocolate but retains the creamy notes of a milk chocolate.
To achieve a perfectly balanced and rounded flavour, cocoa beans from 3 different countries of origin are blended: Ivory Coast, Ghana and Ecuador.
Recommendations for use: fondue, mould moulding, mousse, mousse, cakes, ice cream and sauces.
Flow: 3 drops
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole whole milk cocoa butter powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavour.
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause the chocolate to partially melt and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
