It stands out with its deep, warm colour, fresh roasted cocoa flavours and hints of caramel.To achieve a perfectly balanced and rounded taste, cocoa beans from 3 different countries of origin are blended: Ivory Coast, Ghana and Ecuador.
Recommended use: fondue, mould moulding, mousse, mousse, cakes, ice cream, drinks and sauces.
