Barry Callebaut 83.9% Dark Chocolate with Fibre and Stevia Sweetener. 5 kg pack.

A very intense cocoa flavour, sweetened with dietary fibre and Stevia. Callebaut® offers an excellent chocolate alternative with a rich cocoa and chocolate flavour, yet is sugar-free. This Stevia chocolate is a real powerhouse – containing approximately 86% cocoa solids. What’s more, this chocolate has a very pleasant taste thanks to the dietary fibre that replaces the sugar.

Recommended uses: flavouring ganaches, fillings, confectionery mousses, pastry creams and ice cream.
Flow rate: 2 drops

During the summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause the chocolate to melt partially and result in the appearance of bloom. These changes are purely aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
