Callebaut Dark Chocolate with No Added Sugar 53.9% is a premium Belgian dark chocolate with no added sugar, created for professionals who wish to create desserts with an authentic dark chocolate flavour, whilst maintaining a low sugar content. The sweetness comes from maltitol, and the flavour is complemented by natural Bourbon vanilla, resulting in an intense, balanced taste that is very close to the famous Callebaut 811 recipe.
