White chocolate with an intense yet well-balanced caramel flavour, with rich notes of toffee, butter, cream and an interesting hint of salt.
To achieve a perfectly balanced and rounded flavour, cocoa beans from 3 different countries of origin are blended: Ivory Coast, Ghana and Ecuador.
Recommendations for use: pour into moulds, mousse, cakes, ice-cream, drinks and sauces.
Flow: 3 drops
Ingredients: cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk POWDER, lactose, whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar :2.0%, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavour, salt.
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause the chocolate to partially melt and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
