Callebaut White Chocolate with No Added Sugar 30.7% is a premium Belgian white chocolate with no added sugar, created for professionals who wish to serve desserts with an authentic white chocolate flavour, whilst maintaining a low sugar content. Sweetened with maltitol and flavoured with natural Bourbon vanilla, this chocolate offers a fine, creamy texture and a rich milky flavour, complemented by delicate notes of caramel. The flavour and sensory experience are very similar to those of the famous Callebaut W2 white chocolate.
