Callebaut Milk Chocolate with No Added Sugar 33.9% is a Belgian milk chocolate with no added sugar, created for professionals who wish to serve desserts with an authentic chocolate flavour, whilst maintaining a low sugar content. Its sweetness comes from maltitol, complemented by natural Bourbon vanilla flavouring, offering a harmonious balance between cocoa, milk and sweetness. The taste, texture, colour and sheen are very similar to those of the famous Callebaut 823 recipe.
