Milk chocolate recipe no 823 is Callebaut's iconic milk chocolate. Belgian chocolate with a balanced taste and caramelised aroma. It stands out for its deep, warm colour, fresh roasted cocoa flavours and caramel notes.
Recommended use: fondue, mould moulding, mousse, mousse, cakes, ice cream, drinks and sauces.
Flow: 3 drops
Ingredients: sugar 42%; cocoa butter 24%; whole milk powder; cocoa mass; emulsifier: SOY lecithin; natural vanilla flavour.
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause the chocolate to partially melt and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
