Description
Premix Panna Cotta is a product in the form of a powder without gluten, eggs, hydrogenated fats, preservatives and palm oil.
How to use: add 100 g premix, 250 g milk and 250 g liquid cream. Heat the milk, cream in a saucepan and stir until almost boiling. Alternatively, heat the milk and cream in the microwave, bringing them to 95°, add the mixture, stir and microwave again for a few seconds until the temperature returns to 95°. Portion and chill in the fridge.
Ingredients: sugar, maltodextrin, thickening agent: carrageenan (E407); bovine gelatin, flavour.
