Description
Premix Cheesecake is a product in the form of a powder free from gluten, eggs, hydrogenated fats, preservatives and palm oil.
Directions for use:
1. Pour the mixture into a container and add 2l of heated liquid cream.
2. Mix well for about 5 minutes.
3. Add 2kg of spreadable cheese and mix well for about 5 minutes.
4. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Ingredients: sugar, maltodextrin, bovine gelatin, skim milk powder, coconut oil, modified tapioca starch , glucose syrup, milk protein, corn starch, acidity correctors: citric acid (E330), glucono-delta-lactone (E575), sodium phosphates (E339); flavour, thickener: calcium alginate (E404); stabiliser: diphosphates (E450); emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids acetic acid esters (E472a), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids
(E471).
