Description
Premix Red Velvet Cake or Cupcakes is a product in the form of a powder without gluten, eggs, hydrogenated fats, preservatives and palm oil.
How to use: For 1 kg of premix.
Preheat oven to 160°C (fan) or 170°C. Grease a cake tin with oil or butter. Pour the premix into the tin and add 350 g soft butter (or 350 g seed oil for the lactose-free version) and 500 g eggs. Mix with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes on medium speed. Pour the mixture into a mould that you have previously greased with oil or butter. Bake for about 50 minutes.
Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, maize starch, humectant: sorbitols (E420); rice starch, cocoa powder, acidity regulator: glucono-delta-lactone (E575); emulsifiers: polyglyceride esters of fatty acids (E475), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); thickening agents : diphosphates (E450), sodium carbonates (E500); thickeners: guar gum (E412), sodium carboxymethylcellulose (E466); salt, colouring: carminic acid (E120).
