Description

Premix Creme Brulee is a product in the form of a powder without gluten, eggs, hydrogenated fats, preservatives and palm oil.

How to use: Add the following ingredients: 100 g of the mixture, 170 g of milk and 400 g of liquid cream to a saucepan. Gently heat the liquids, stirring until the mixture dissolves completely and reaches boiling point. Alternatively, you can heat the milk and cream in the microwave until they reach 90°. Stir carefully and return the mixture to the microwave to bring it to 90°.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, maltodextrin, dextrose, corn starch, rice starch, thickening agent: carrageenan (E407); flavours, colourings: curcumin (E100), carotenes (E160a).
