Description
Premix Pandispan is a gluten, egg, hydrogenated fats, preservatives and palm oil free powder.
Instructions for use:
Preheat the oven to 165°C (fan) or 175°C and grease a cake tray with oil or butter.
In a bowl, pour 400 grams of the mixture and add 360 grams of eggs (for the Pandișpan cake) or 410 grams (for the Roulé). Use an electric mixer on high speed and mix continuously for about 8-10 minutes.
For Pandișpan: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
For the Roulé: Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with baking paper, levelling to a thickness of about 0.5cm.
Bake for about 8-10 minutes.
Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, rice flour, maize starch, potato starch, inulin (chicory), rice starch, emulsifiers: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids (E475), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); raising agents: diphosphates (E450), sodium carbonates (E500); thickeners: sodium carboxymethylcellulose (E466), guar gum (E412); salt, colour: carotenes (E160a).
