Description
Premix Brownie, Tort Sacher or Lava Cake is a product in the form of a powder without gluten, eggs, hydrogenated fats, preservatives and palm oil.
How to use: For 1 kg of premix.
Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan) or 180°C. In a container, pour the premix and add 500 g softened butter and 375 g eggs. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for about 3 minutes.
For the Brownies - Sacher Cake: Pour the mixture into a baking tin greased with oil or butter. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
Lava Cake: Pour the mixture into a baking tin that you have previously greased or buttered. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS: sugar, rice flour, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, humectant: sorbitols (E420); skimmed milk powder, stabiliser: diphosphates (E450); leavening agent: potassium tartrates (E336); rice starch, emulsifiers: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids (E475), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); thickener: guar gum (E412); flavouring.
