Description
Premix Pancakes, Waffles is a powdered product free of gluten, lactose, eggs, hydrogenated fats, preservatives and palm oil.
How to use: For 1 kg of premix.
Pour the contents of the premix into a container and add:
- For Waffle: 5 eggs, 850 ml water and 400 g melted butter;
- For Pancakes: 5 eggs, 750 ml water and 400 g melted butter;
- For Pancakes: 1900 ml water, 4 eggs and 60 g melted butter.
In a planetary mixer with the whisk attachment, mix the eggs, water and premix on medium/high speed for 2 minutes, slowly add the melted butter. Cook in crepe maker or pan/wafflemaker until golden brown on both sides.
Ingredients: rice flour, sugar, potato starch, maize starch, tapioca starch, salt, dextrose, psyllium fibre, raising agents: sodium carbonates (E500), diphosphates (E450); emulsifier:
mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); thickeners: guar gum (E412), xanthan gum (E415), sodium carboxymethylcellulose (E466); colour: carotenes (E160a).
