Preparation: Combine 400 g milk with 400 g cream, bringing the mixture to the boiling point. Stir in 150 g of DAWN Crème Brûlée premix and bring back to boiling point, ensuring complete homogenisation. Pour the mixture into the moulds, then leave to cool for about 4 hours to stabilise completely.
