LIGHT & STEVIE ZERO LIGHT & STEVIE ice-cream base, 1.05 kg. A low calorie product sweetened with stevie, extracted from a plant of South American origin known for its high sweetening properties.

All the solid ingredients are already perfectly balanced, and only the addition of the liquid component - water or milk - is sufficient to create high quality finished products.

Preparation:
Classic ice cream:
- Sprint Light & Stevia 1.05kg
- Skimmed milk or vegetable milk 3 litres
- Flavour to taste
40% fruit ice cream:
- Sprint Light & Stevia 1.05 kg
- Water 1.5 litres
- Fruit pulp 1.7 kg

Ingredients: dietary fibre, sweeteners: E420i sorbitol, E968 erythritol, E965i maltitol, E960 steviol glycosides, emulsifiers: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472b lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides, E477 propane 1,2-diol esters of fatty acids, stabilisers: E412 guar gum, E410 locust bean gum, E466 carboxymethyl cellulose, acidifier: E330 citric acid.
