PreGel offers a wide range of cold-processed products for the quick and easy preparation of ice cream, sorbetto and soft ice cream. These products help to save time and resources, while ensuring products with optimal flavour and texture characteristics.

All the solid ingredients are already perfectly balanced, only the addition of the liquid component - water or milk - is sufficient to create high quality finished products.

Cold preparation:
