PreGel offers a wide range of cold process products for the quick and easy preparation of ice cream, sorbetto and soft ice cream. These products help to save time and resources, while ensuring products with optimal flavour and texture characteristics.
All the solid ingredients are already perfectly balanced, only the addition of the liquid component - water or milk - is sufficient to create high quality finished products.
Cold preparation:
Artisanal ice cream:
- Sprint Cioccolatte WATER 1.75 kg
- Hot water (minimum 45 °C) 2.5 - 2.8 litres
Soft ice-cream:
- Sprint Candy Dream 1.2 kg
- Hot water (minimum 45 °C) 3 litres
Ingredients: Sugar, skimmed milk powder, cocoa, chocolate powder (cocoa, cocoa butter, sugar, flavourings), dextrose, dietary fibre, maltodextrin, vegetable fat (palm), emulsifier: E 471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E 472a acetic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E 472b lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E 477 propane 1,2-diol esters of fatty acids, stabiliser: E 410 locust bean gum, E 412 guar gum , flavourings.
