PreGel offers a wide range of cold process products for the quick and easy preparation of ice cream, sorbetto and soft ice cream. These products help to save time and resources, while ensuring products with optimal flavour and texture characteristics.
All the solid ingredients are already perfectly balanced, only the addition of the liquid component - water or milk - is sufficient to create high quality finished products.
Cold preparation:
Artisanal ice cream:
- Sprint Ciocconero 625 -700 g
- Hot water 1 litre
Soft ice-cream:
- Sprint Ciocconero 580 g
- Hot water 1 litre
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, vegetable fat (coconut), maltodextrin, emulsifier: E471 mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472b lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E477 propane 1, 2 diol esters of fatty acids, stabiliser: E412 guar gum, E410 locust bean gum, E407 carrageenan, E466 carboxymethyl cellulose.
