Premix for ice-cream ZERO PASSION FRUIT, 1.32 kg. A low calorie product, sweetened with stevie, extracted from a plant of South American origin known for its high sweetening properties.

All the solid ingredients are already perfectly balanced, and only the addition of the liquid component - water or milk - is sufficient to create high quality finished products.

- Water 1 litre

Ingredients: stabiliser: E420i sorbitol, E410 locust bean gum, E412 guar gum, E466 carboxymethylcellulose, sweetener: E 968 erythritol, E960 steviol glycosides, E955 sucralose, dietary fibre, rice powder, (3%) acidifier: E330 citric acid, E296 malic acid, vegetable fat (coconut), emulsifier: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472a acetic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E477 propane 1, 2 diol esters of fatty acids, E470a sodium, potassium and calcium salts of fatty acids, flavourings, certified colouring: E160a beta-carotene, vegetable extracts, modified starch, dehydrated glucose syrup.
