Premix for artisanal / soft ice cream with melon pieces, 1.32 kg.
Pregel offers a wide range of cold-processed products for quick and easy preparation of ice-cream, sorbetto and soft ice-cream. These products help to save time and resources, while ensuring products with optimal flavour and texture characteristics.

All the solid ingredients are already perfectly balanced, only the addition of the liquid component - water or milk - is sufficient to create high quality finished products.

- Water 2.8 - 3 litres

Ingredients: Sugar, dextrose, dehydrated watermelon (8%), emulsifier: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E477 propane 1,2-diol esters of fatty acids, stabiliser: E412 guar gum, E415 xanthan gum, E466 carboxymethyl cellulose, certified colour: E160a beta-carotene, acidifier: E330 citric acid, flavours, plant extracts.
