Banana Cream Sprint® from PreGel is a professional premix for artisan and soft ice cream with an intense flavour and natural ripe banana aroma. Designed for cold brewing, this product allows you to quickly make ice cream with a smooth, creamy and stable texture.

Cold preparation:

- Milk1.25 litres.
- Water 1.25 litres
