Premix for LAMAIE ZERO ice cream, 1.32 kg. A low calorie product, sweetened with stevie, extracted from a plant of South American origin known for its high sweetening properties.

All the solid ingredients are already perfectly balanced, and only the addition of the liquid component - water or milk - is sufficient to create high quality finished products.

Preparation:

- Water 1 litre

Ingredients: stabiliser: E420i sorbitol, E410 locust bean gum, E412 guar gum, E466 carboxymethylcellulose, sweetener: E968 erythritol, E960 steviol glycosides, E955 sucralose, dietary fibre,rice powder, vegetable acidulant,citric acid E330, fat (coconut), emulsifier: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472a acetic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E477 propane 1,2-diol esters of fatty acids, E470a sodium,potassium and calcium salts of fatty acids, natural flavours, dehydrated lemon juice (0.1%), modified starch, dehydrated glucose syrup.
