How to use: For 1 kg of premix.
Preheat oven to 160°C (fan) or 170°C. In a container add for the standard recipe: 340 g soft butter and 500 g eggs.
Lactose-free recipe: add 300 g seed oil and 500 g eggs. Mix with a mixer for 5 minutes on medium speed. Pour the dough into a greased tray, cook for 50 minutes.
Muffins: pour mixture into muffin tins and bake 18-20 minutes.
Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, rice flour, maize starch, tapioca starch, humectant: sorbitol (E420); maize flour, rice starch, emulsifiers: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids (E475), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); vegetable fibre, raising agents: diphosphates (E450), sodium carbonates (E500); acidity regulator: glucono-delta-lactone (E575); salt, thickeners: guar gum (E412), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (E466); flavour.
