Premix Chocolate Mousse Rue Flambee 1 Kg

Description

Premix Chocolate Mouse is a powdered product free from gluten, eggs, hydrogenated fats, preservatives and palm oil.

Instructions for use:
Ingredients to add:
100 g premix
120 g milk
Preparation:
Add 120 g cold milk to 100 g chocolate mouse premix. Mix for a few minutes either using a planetary mixer or an electric whisk. After that, leave the mixture to rest in the fridge for at least half an hour before using it for the filling.
Tip: For a denser and more intense mouse, you can add 100g of mouse premix, 60g of milk and 100g of cream.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa powder, coconut oil, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, milk protein, maize starch, dark chocolate 0.5% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavour); flavour, stabiliser: potassium phosphates (E340); salt, thickener: sodium carboxymethylcellulose (E466); emulsifiers: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472a), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471).
