Recommendations for use: fondue, mould moulding, mousse, mousse, cakes, ice-cream, ganache, cake and cake decorating.
Flow: 3 drops
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter 29%, whole milk powder, emulsifier: SOYlecithin , natural orange flavour, colouring: E160e, natural vanilla flavour.

In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause the chocolate to partially melt and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
