A fully traceable and long-lasting chocolate with pure cocoa and an intense milky flavour. Obtained through a unique farmer to chef process to bring you the best of nature, whilst encouraging the longevity of farmers' involvement in growing cocoa trees.
Recommendations for use: mousse, icings, pouring into moulds.
Flow: 4 drops
Ingredients: sugar; cocoa butter; whole milk powder; cocoa mass; emulsifier: SOY lecithin; natural vanilla flavour; salt.
