Ideal for creating exquisite ice creams and sorbets with intense flavours and consistent product quality all year round. Can also be used in combination with fresh fruit to further intensify the flavour of ice cream.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, orange juice (40%), sugar, acidifier: citric acid E330, flavours, stabiliser: pectin E440i, certified colouring: E102 Tartrazine, E129 Allura Red AC.
